GENERAL MANAGER - Tonkotsu Ealing

Salary up to £44,500 per annum, plus bonus.

We have a simple mission at Tonkotsu, to serve real ramen with heart and soul in every bowl! We want people to leave our restaurants happier than when they arrived, with satisfied hunger and warmth from the hospitality they’ve received. We began serving ramen in 2012 in Soho, London. We have few more restaurants now but are still committed to provide excellent ramen with our homemade noodles and served by our great people!

You will join a team that is passionate about delivering a great OMOTENASHI! What is that you ask?

Omotenashi is The Japanese Art of Hospitality, it is service without being servile. We anticipate our customer needs, it is service from the bottom of the heart.

As a General Manager at Tonkotsu you will lead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and inspires the team to create unforgettable experiences for our customers. Your role is crucial in ensuring that every customer receives the best possible experience through the delivery of Omotenashi hospitality, fostering high team morale, and achieving Tonkotsu standards, values and commercial success.
