ASSISTANT MANAGER

Salary up to £19.35 per hour

We have a simple mission at Tonkotsu, to serve real ramen with heart and soul in every bowl! We want people to leave our restaurants happier than when they arrived, with satisfied hunger and warmth from the hospitality they’ve received. We began serving ramen in 2012 in Soho, London. We have few more restaurants now but are still committed to provide excellent ramen with our homemade noodles and served by our great people!

You will join a team that is passionate about delivering a great OMOTENASHI! What is that you ask?

Omotenashi is The Japanese Art of Hospitality, it is service without being servile. We anticipate our customer needs, it is service from the bottom of the heart.

As an Assistant Manager at Tonkotsu, you will assist in leading the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Your role is crucial in ensuring that every customer receives the best possible experience through the delivery of Omotenashi hospitality, fostering high team morale, and archiving Tonkotsu standards, values and commercial success.

· Say goodbye to zero contract hours! 30 and 40 hours contract available.

· Training and development with genuine career progression – The majority of our senior role are filled internally all the way to our Central Office. Since 2021, 5 member our Central Office Team have been promoted internally!
