Full job description

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Artist Manager to work with an artist, helping to grow their presence and lead creative direction.

Tasks include but are not limited to

  • working across artist’s socials and overseeing the creative direction across their social and digital content
  • researching and putting into place marketing and advertising campaigns
  • coming up with strategies to help grow the artist’s audience
  • working closely with the artist to create content suited to their aesthetic including working on photoshoots and video-shoots
  • managing releases and distribution
  • help the artist grow their network, facilitate meetings and new opportunities
  • being a key point of contact for all third parties ie. digital agencies, PR, advertising agencies etc
  • negotiating deals across different industries in the interest of the artist
  • liaising with other members of the artist’s team about scheduling and diary management
  • keeping up to date with trends within social media and the wider entertainment industry
  • being a point of contact with music lawyers when sorting contracts
  • ability to travel abroad when necessary

Essential requirements are

  • Previous artist management experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional person skills
  • Experience of working within a team in a fast paced environment
