Location: PSG Academy England @ Saint Nicholas School, Harlow

Dates: 27th July - 31st July (Monday to Friday)

Times for coaching are between 9.00am - 3.30pm

Job Type: Temporary/Seasonal

Reports To: Technical Director & General Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Holiday Camp Football Coach to lead and inspire young athletes during our holiday camp sessions. The coach will be responsible for delivering engaging football training sessions that develop players’ skills, teamwork, and confidence in a fun and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver structured football coaching sessions suitable for different age groups and skill levels.
  • Create a positive, safe, and inclusive environment that encourages player participation and enjoyment.
  • Teach fundamental football skills, including dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork.
  • Organize small-sided games, drills, and competitions to enhance learning and engagement.
  • Supervise and ensure the safety of all participants at all times.
  • Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to help players improve.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and camp staff regarding player progress and any concerns.
  • Assist in camp setup, equipment management, and daily operational tasks.
  • Promote sportsmanship, discipline, and respect among participants.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • FA Level 1 or 2 Coaching Certificate (or equivalent)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £400.00 per week

Experience:

  • Football coaching: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Certificate in Coaching Football (required)
  • DBS (required)
