Part-Time | Flexible Evening Sessions | £15–£40 Per Session

Are you a passionate football coach looking for flexible evening coaching work alongside your current commitments?

We are recruiting coaches to join our programmes for the 2026/27 season, with opportunities available across Surrey, West London, Hampshire and surrounding areas.

The best part? You choose how much you want to work. You can coach one session a week or multiple sessions, depending on your availability.

Whether you’re an experienced coach looking for additional hours or an aspiring coach looking to gain valuable experience, we’d love to hear from you.

2026/27 Coaching Schedule

Monday – Progression Centre

Gordon’s Sports Hub, Woking, GU24 9PX 6:00pm – 7:30pmAge Groups: U7–U14

Tuesday – Development Centre

Springwest Academy, Feltham, TW13 7EF 5:00pm – 6:30pmAge Groups: U6 Pre-Academy–U13

Wednesday – Development Centre

Garrison Sports Centre, Aldershot, GU11 2JL 6:30pm – 8:00pmAge Groups: U7–U14

Thursday – Futsal

Matthew Arnold Sports Centre, Staines, TW18 1PF

About Our Programmes

Our Development Centres provide structured, progressive and challenging training sessions designed to help every player improve their technical ability, confidence, decision-making and understanding of the game.

Our ultimate aim is to give every child the platform, support and opportunity to be identified and potentially progress into a professional academy environment.

Our Development Centres regularly play against local professional academies and elite foundations, while our Academy teams compete against professional clubs, including Premier League academies, and elite foundations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within an ambitious football environment where player development is at the heart of everything we do.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for coaches who:

  • Hold an FA Level 1 qualification, or are willing to complete the relevant online qualification
  • Have a genuine passion for football and player development
  • Can connect with, motivate and inspire young players
  • Are positive, enthusiastic and able to create an engaging coaching environment
  • Have a resilient and flexible approach
  • Can respond professionally to the needs of players, parents and the organisation
  • Work effectively as part of a team
  • Have strong organisational skills and a professional attitude
  • Hold a full, clean UK driving licence
  • Are 17 years of age or over
  • Are willing to undergo the required criminal records/background check

Salary & Flexibility

£15–£40 per session, depending on experience and qualifications.

You decide how much you work.

With sessions available across Monday to Friday, you can build your coaching schedule around your existing commitments.

One evening? Two evenings? Multiple sessions throughout the week? The choice is yours.
