Are you someone who genuinely cares about others? Whether you're an experienced carer or just beginning your journey, Home Instead is ready to support you in a rewarding career as a Home Care Assistant where you can make a real impact every day.

Earn £14.60 to £15.60 per hour as a Domiciliary Care Assistant plus paid holiday and enhanced Bank Holiday Pay.

Job Description

No experience necessary, our training is industry leading.

What you'll be doing:

  • Creating lasting, meaningful relationships with clients and their families
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to our incredible clients
  • Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, mobility)
  • Supporting with meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Helping with errands and medication reminders
  • Making every visit count with a minimum of 1-hour care calls

Qualifications
What we ask for from our Care Professionals

  • You have the right to work in the UK
  • You have a full driving licence and access to a fully insured car
  • You are reliable and responsible
  • You must be 18 years old
  • That you live locally and are happy to travel to our clients.
  • That you have good communication skills both verbally and written
