Assistant Manager – Innoflate Aberdeen

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, 37.5 hours p/w

Renumeration: £14.33 per hour + performance related bonus

About the Role

As the Assistant Manager of Innoflate Aberdeen, you will support the General Manager and team in running a vibrant, fast-paced and fun inflatable adventure park. You’ll drive exceptional safety standards, deliver memorable customer experiences, and create a positive, energetic culture for your team. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a lively, people-centred environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

  • Lead all day-to-day park operations, ensuring high standards of safety, cleanliness, and visitor satisfaction
  • Duty Manage and ensure all operational, cleaning, and safety checklists are completed and efforts aligned to achieve site KPIs
  • Maintain effective staffing levels across all areas of the venue

Café & Parties

  • Deliver smooth and efficient café service with full adherence to food safety standards
  • Manage stock levels, cleanliness, and timely service
  • Oversee successful party and group event delivery

Reception & Guest Experience

  • Manage booking diaries, monitor capacity, and optimise usage
  • Ensure all reception staff are fully trained in brand standards
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly

Health & Safety

  • Complete daily venue safety checks
  • Ensure compliance with all fire safety, food safety, and operational regulations
  • Escalate any issues immediately to the Senior Leadership Team

People & Culture

  • Recruit, train, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding visitor experiences
  • Lead monthly team meetings and ongoing development plans
  • Maintain a positive, fun, and collaborative environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ management/duty management experience
  • An enthusiastic person boasting a sincere passion for developing people
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
