About the Group
Dr Yusra Clinics is an award-winning, luxury aesthetic and healthcare group founded by Dr Yusra Al-Mukhtar, one of the UK's most recognised aesthetic doctors, international trainers, speakers and Key Opinion Leaders within aesthetic medicine.
With clinics across Liverpool, Manchester and London, Dr Yusra has built a reputation for delivering exceptional aesthetic outcomes, pioneering innovative treatments and attracting patients from across the UK and internationally. Her expertise, educational contributions and influence within the industry have established her as a trusted authority in advanced aesthetic medicine.
Alongside our growing aesthetic division, the group also includes an established dental brand, creating a unique healthcare business focused on clinical excellence, innovation and exceptional patient care.
Trusted by a discerning, often high-profile patient base, our reputation has been built upon outstanding results, personalised patient journeys and an unwavering commitment to quality. As the business continues its next phase of growth, we are seeking an experienced Operations Director to provide the leadership, structure and commercial oversight required to scale whilst protecting the standards and values that define the brand.
The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to work directly alongside Dr Yusra , CEO, helping to shape the future of one of the UK's most exciting and ambitious aesthetic healthcare groups.
As Operations Director, you will be responsible for translating vision into execution, creating the systems, accountability and operational excellence required to support sustainable growth across multiple sites.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every clinic consistently delivers the premium patient experience, clinical standards and commercial performance expected of a market-leading luxury healthcare brand.
Key responsibilities
Key areas of responsibility include:
Commercial performance & growth
- Own revenue, margin and productivity across all sites.
- Build and embed a clear KPI framework (clinic, practitioner and treatment-level performance).
- Identify and deliver growth opportunities through capacity planning, conversion and yield improvement.
- Drive accountability through regular performance reviews and action plans.
Operations & structure
- Standardise processes and ways of working across all locations.
- Optimise clinic flow, room/practitioner utilisation and rota planning.
- Improve systems, SOPs and reporting to support scale and consistency.
- Remove operational blockers to protect a premium, seamless patient journey.
Leadership & team development
- Lead and develop Clinic Managers and teams
- Create a high-performance culture with clear expectations, coaching and accountability.
- Strengthen leadership capability and succession across clinics.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and retention to maintain exceptional standards.
Financial oversight
- Review monthly P&L, track trends and implement corrective actions.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and cost control while protecting service quality.
- Work closely with finance and external accountants to maintain strong governance and reporting.
Treatment menu & service development
- Optimise and evolve the treatment offering in line with market demand and profitability.
- Partner with the clinical team on pricing, packages, memberships and combination programmes.
- Ensure services are delivered consistently across sites, with robust pathways and patient communications.
Marketing & business growth
- Oversee marketing activity across the group to align demand with capacity and revenue targets.
- Track campaign performance and ensure activity is commercially focused with measurable outcomes.
- Support promotions, events and partnerships while maintaining premium brand consistency.
Compliance & standards
- Maintain audit readiness and ensure all sites operate in line with regulatory and CQC standards.
- Embed governance and continuous improvement across clinical and non-clinical functions.
- Protect brand standards and deliver a consistent premium environment and patient experience.
What we’re looking for
You’ll bring proven experience in a senior, multi-site operations role—ideally within aesthetics, healthcare or dental—with strong commercial and financial acumen (including P&L ownership) and a track record of improving performance through data and process.
You’re likely to be:
- A confident and experienced leader with the ability to develop and manage teams
- Highly organised and structured in your approach
- Data-driven, with strong analytical capability
- Commercially focused, with a results-oriented mindset
Why join us
This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, award-winning healthcare group at an exciting stage of its journey.
You will work directly with Dr Yusra Al-Mukhtar, an internationally recognised aesthetic doctor, trainer and industry Key Opinion Leader, helping to shape the operational infrastructure that supports continued growth across multiple locations.
In return, you will have the opportunity to:
- Influence strategy and business direction at a senior leadership level
- Build and lead a high-performing multi-site operation
- Work within a respected luxury healthcare brand with a strong national reputation
- Drive meaningful improvements in patient experience, team performance and profitability
- Be part of an ambitious organisation committed to innovation, excellence and continuous growth
Location & package
- Multi-site role with regular travel between locations.
- Competitive salary plus performance-based bonus (dependent on experience).
Pay: From £65,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
