Full job description

This is an exciting opportunity for graduates with a passion for young people and mental health, looking to build a career in education or related fields. We are seeking top graduates to work with young people in both primary and secondary schools, including special education and mental health education settings.

This opportunity offers an opportunity to work directly with young people within a unique school setting. You will be trained as a Teaching Assistant, supporting young people who require additional support in school. This opportunity is particularly relevant for individuals aspiring to enter into a career in psychology, education or mental health services.

The schools available are based in Woking and surrounding areas - all of these schools support a range of children, including those with a range of complex learning needs such as physical, sensory and behavioural. We have several positions available to start from September 2026 onwards and you will be paid between £450-£500 per week (based on 5 days per week).
