The Role

We’re looking for an AGM who loves hospitality, thrives in a busy bar, and knows how to get the best out of a team. You’ll be right in the thick of it! Running shifts, setting the pace, and making sure every guest leaves wanting to come back.

This is a hands-on role for a natural leader who isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up, jump behind the bar, and lead from the front. You’ll care about great food, great drinks and better Service.

If you’re the sort of person who can run a busy shift, keep the team smiling, solve problems before they become problems. you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the management team in day-to-day operations
  • Lead shifts and keep service flowing across the bar and floor
  • Motivate and support the FOH and bar teams
  • Maintain high standards in drinks, food and guest experience
  • Keep the atmosphere right, whether it’s a quiet Tuesday or a packed Saturday
