  • Support the General Manager in executing daily operations, ensuring smooth FOH functions and high standards of service.
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to adhere to specific standards and job roles and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Provide training and coaching to team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service protocols.
  • Handle customer enquiries with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and maintaining organisational records to ensure operational efficiency.

Skills

  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities that facilitate effective communication with diverse customer bases and team members.
  • Proven management experience with a background in supervising teams within retail or sales environments.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire teams and foster a positive work atmosphere.
