Assistant Store Manager (kiosk)

36k OTE | 40 Hours | No Late Nights. OAKBERRY is the world’s leading açaí brand, with over 950 stores across the planet. We’re expanding fast and looking for a motivated, people-focused Assistant Store Manager to join our Westfield Team!.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead daily operations
  • Motivate and train the team to deliver great service and a strong in-store vibe
  • Oversee operational essentials: stock, compliance, payroll, team schedules
  • Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food quality, and team energy
  • Help hit store performance targets and build customer loyalty
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and developing new team members

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous StoreManager (or similar) experience in hospitality or retail
  • A hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Great with people: team-focused and customer-driven
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Available full-time, including weekends
