Based at Hillside Farm, Bishop Sutton Bristol BS39 5XR

15 Hours per week - Flexible on days and hours.

Arthur David Food with Service, are an award-winning family business who specialise in supplying an impressive range of fresh, ambient, and frozen quality products to a variety of customers including manufacturers, schools and hospitality to name a few.

Our People team are seeking an individual with strong communication and administration skills to join our friendly team on a part-time permanent basis as ‘People Team Assistant’.

The ideal person will have good attention to detail and will be responsible for recruitment and onboarding in all areas of the business, providing a warm welcome, whilst meeting the needs of hiring Managers. Experience in delivering training/inductions would be an advantage.

Duties will include co-ordinating the entire recruitment process which will include attending job fairs, creating job adverts, filtering CV's, completing interviews both face to face and over the phone. Ensure right to work documentation is compliant. You will also deliver the company induction to new starters. You will provide weekly and monthly reports for People Team Manager and provide support to the People Team as required.

You will have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate verbally, by email/letter.

You will be able to work well under pressure and able to prioritise a busy workload.

You will be a team player and ensure that you maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
