Full job description

About Us

We are a music and DJ-led event production company delivering high-end experiences predominantly across London, the Home Counties and the South East.

With more than 25 years at the forefront of the luxury events industry, we provide exceptional DJs, live musicians and full event production, including sound, lighting, staging and draping, for weddings, private parties and premium corporate events.

From A-list celebrations and exclusive London venues to countryside estates, we are known for our creativity, attention to detail and ability to create unforgettable events.

Our team includes experienced event producers, technical specialists and some of the most in-demand Event DJs and musicians. We operate from our office, creative warehouse and music studio spaces in St Leonards-on-Sea, where this role will be based.

We are looking for a bright, highly organised and dependable local person to support our director and wider team across sales, administration, marketing, social media and executive-assistant duties.

The Role

This is a varied and important position at the heart of the business.

You will help manage new enquiries, prepare quotes and proposals, support our marketing activity and keep the Director’s diary, workload and priorities organised.

You will need to be comfortable taking responsibility, following tasks through to completion and working in a busy environment where priorities can change quickly.

Be Social-media savvy, with a good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, and the confidence to create, edit and schedule engaging content

This role would suit someone with a genuine interest in music, events and creative businesses who is looking for a long-term opportunity with room to develop.

Key Responsibilities

Responding professionally and promptly to new enquiries

Communicating with existing and prospective clients

Preparing quotes, proposals, schedules and client documents

Following up enquiries and helping convert opportunities into bookings

Supporting the Director with diary management, workload and priorities

Maintaining accurate booking, client and event information

Communicating with venues, suppliers, artists and members of the events team

Supporting social media across Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms

Assisting with content creation and scheduling

Updating website content, with training provided

Supporting basic SEO work, including page content, metadata, image alt text and blogs (training given)

Carrying out general administrative and office duties

Occasionally attending site visits or live events when required and agreed in advance

What We’re Looking For

Confident use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong organisational skills and close attention to detail

Reliability, punctuality and consistent attendance

A proactive approach and the confidence to work independently

The ability to prioritise tasks and follow them through to completion

A friendly, professional and adaptable manner

A practical, tech-savvy mindset and willingness to learn new systems

An interest in music, events, marketing or the creative industries

Previous experience in administration, sales support, marketing, events or a similar role is preferred

Hours and Location

Ideally you should live locally or be able to commute reliably to our St Leonards-on-Sea office

The role is initially 18 hours per week across three agreed office-based days.

Working hours will be 11:00 to 17:30 including a 30-minute unpaid break.

This is primarily an office-based position. Some occasional home working may be considered in the future once you are fully trained and confident using our systems. We are looking for someone who can commit reliably to the agreed working pattern and become a consistent part of the team.

There is potential for additional hours and greater responsibility as the role and business develop.

What We Offer

£15–£17 per hour, depending on experience

Bonus and commission opportunities based on performance

A professional, creative and music-led working environment

Hands-on experience across events, sales, marketing and production

Training in our booking, website and administrative systems

The opportunity to take on greater responsibility

Potential for additional hours and career progression as the company grows
