Full job description

Are you looking to build a long-term career in medical devices with a global market leader? This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional to join a structured training programme with a clear progression path into a Product Specialist role within approximately 12 months.

This field-based role supports clinicians and healthcare professionals across Surrey and Sussex within the Upper Endoscopy portfolio, covering specialties including ENT, Maxillofacial, Thoracic and Neurosurgery.

The Role

As an Associate Product Specialist, you'll receive comprehensive product and clinical training while supporting an experienced sales team. You'll develop your commercial and technical knowledge before progressing into a fully autonomous Product Specialist position.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Product Specialists across your territory.
  • Building relationships with surgeons, theatre teams and healthcare professionals.
  • Providing product support in theatre and clinical environments.
  • Assisting with product demonstrations and training sessions.
  • Identifying opportunities to grow business within NHS and private hospitals.
  • Completing a structured development programme designed to fast-track your progression.

About You

We're looking for an ambitious individual who is eager to develop a career within the medical device industry.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience in medical device sales or sales experience within a technical or scientific sector.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a willingness to learn.
  • The confidence to work in hospital and theatre environments.
  • A full UK driving licence.
