Harte Recruitment is working with a leading property investment business that specialises in helping investors build wealth through carefully selected UK property opportunities nationwide.

This Investment Consultant opportunity is ideal for a proven Investment Consultant who thrives in a high-performance sales environment and wants access to quality inbound enquiries, uncapped earning potential and genuine career progression.

Backed by significant marketing investment, a market-leading CRM and a consistent flow of qualified leads, the Investment Consultant will focus on building investor relationships, converting opportunities and generating repeat business within a business that rewards performance and results.

The Package
  • Up to £40,000 basic salary (DOE) with uncapped commission structure
  • Realistic first year earnings of up to £100,000 OTE
  • Enhanced commission for self-generated business, referrals and repeat clients
  • Monday to Thursday, 9:00am - 6:00pm, Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
  • Hybrid working available for top performers
  • Half day on the first Friday of every month

The Investment Consultant Role
  • Convert high-quality inbound investment enquiries

  • Maximise earnings through premium units, incentives and strategic sales opportunities

The Person
  • Proven track record within UK property investment sales
  • Experience within off-plan, new-build or investment property
  • Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Target-driven with a commercial mindset in an incredibly fast paced environment
  • Motivated by progression and high earning potential
  • Overseas property investment sales experience considered with strong phone-based sales results
