Voice Engineer- MS Teams Voice We're looking for an experienced Senior Operations Technician to support and maintain Microsoft Teams Voice and Cisco Voice platforms within a global enterprise environment. Key responsibilities:
  • Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Voice, Cisco Voice, Ribbon SBCs, and enterprise telephony platforms.
  • Manage voice connectivity across Contact Centre, Transport, and external carrier networks.
  • Investigate and resolve incidents, outages, and service issues.
  • Participate in change, incident, and problem management activities.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and support teams to ensure service stability.
Required experience:
  • 5+ years supporting Microsoft Teams Voice and Enterprise Voice environments.
  • Strong experience with Teams Phone System, Direct Routing, AA/CQ, e911, and Teams Rooms.
  • Knowledge of CQD, Call Analytics, Power BI, PowerShell, Graph API, Splunk, and ThousandEyes.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Teams Admin Centre, and carrier troubleshooting.
  • Microsoft Teams Administrator certification preferred.
  • ServiceNow and/or Remedy experience beneficial.
