Job Summary
We are seeking a new or experienced and dedicated PA with experience in IV Therapy, Wellness, and Longevity medicine to join our specialised healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, advanced phlebotomy/cannulation skills, and a passion for promoting health optimisation through innovative wellness therapies.

This role involves overseeing patient care plans, delivering IV therapy treatments, and providing consultations to patients and making wellness plans . The successful applicant will contribute to our mission of enhancing longevity and overall well-being in a professional, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise IV therapy sessions, ensuring safe and effective administration of treatments.
  • Develop personalised care plans tailored to individual patient needs, focusing on wellness and longevity goals.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly, maintaining detailed documentation.
  • Collaborate with the team to coordinate holistic patient care.
  • Educate patients on post-treatment care and wellness practices to maximise results.
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices in all clinical activities.
  • Logistics - inventory management and shipping management. Ensuring inventory is up to date and helping with preparing and mailing patient therapies

Skills

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
  • Extensive nursing experience with a focus on IV therapy, wellness programmes, or longevity treatments.
  • Strong communication skills to clearly explain complex health concepts to patients and team members alike.
  • Competence in creating comprehensive care plans that align with individual health goals.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a busy clinical setting.
  • Ability to stay organised while managing multiple patients and treatment schedules simultaneously.   • CQC experience and RM experience is a bonus

What we are looking for

Essential

  • Strong experience in IV therapy, cannulation and infusion administration
  • Strong experience or willingness to aid and lead in wellness consultations
  • Logistical work
  • Confident patient assessment and monitoring skills
  • Professional, calm and safety-focused approach
  • Up-to-date mandatory training including BLS

Desirable

  • CQC or Registered Manager experience
  • Experience in private clinic, outpatient, wellness or aesthetics settings
  • Knowledge of clinical governance, documentation and safe service delivery
