About Us

At the Cadogan Clinic, we are a family-owned, award-winning day hospital specialising in plastic surgery and dermatology. Our values are rooted in patient-centred care, clinical excellence, and professionalism. We pride ourselves on having a supportive, knowledgeable team, and we are committed to developing and nurturing our people.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated ODP/ anaesthetic nurse

to join our high-performing theatre team, working across three state-of-the-art theatres at one of the UK’s leading cosmetic surgery clinics. No two days are the same — you’ll be supporting a wide range of procedures including (but not limited to) rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, facelift, labiaplasty, blepharoplasty, liposuction and fat transfer.

Working closely with our world-class consultants, you’ll play a key role across anaesthetics, surgery and recovery. Whether you’re looking to broaden your experience or deepen your expertise in a particular area, you’ll find support, mentorship, and room to grow here.

This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of the team, with outstanding organisational skills.

What You’ll Bring

Essential

  • HCPC-registered Operating Department Practitioner or NMC-registered Nurse (Anaesthetic qualified)
  • Recent clinical experience in anaesthetics
  • Passion for delivering excellent patient care
  • Strong communication and teamworking skills
  • Commitment to clinical best practice, integrity, and continuous improvement
  • Fitness to practise and a collaborative mindset

Desirable

  • Experience in day-case surgery using TIVA
  • Previous exposure to cosmetic or plastic surgery (scrub or anaesthetics)
  • Willingness to cross specialise in Recovery and Scrub

Why Join Us?

  • Patient-Focused Environment: Average of just 3 ASA 1 patients per shift allows you to provide truly personalised care.
  • Prestigious Location: Based in the heart of Chelsea, just a short walk from Sloane Square, Knightsbridge and Victoria stations.
  • Career Growth: Structured development pathways, regular in-house learning sessions, and the chance to learn from some of the UK’s leading plastic surgeons.
  • Flexible Working: No night shifts, varied start times to help avoid peak travel hours, plus taxi service for late finishes.

Perks and Benefits

  • 31 days annual leave (including public holidays), rising to 33 days after 2 years
  • Special leave perks – your birthday and your wedding day off (after 1 year of service)
  • Pension scheme via NEST
  • Wellbeing benefits – healthy in-clinic snacks, Cycle to Work scheme
  • Beauty perks – discounted treatments and products post-probation
  • Social events – monthly team lunches and an active social calendar
  • Recognition schemes – rewards for long service and exceptional contribution
  • Referral bonuses – help us grow our team and get rewarded

Learning and Development

  • Protected learning time and formal training opportunities aligned with our clinic strategy
  • Regular lunchtime learning sessions from consultants, industry specialists, and founders
  • Career development in specialist areas – we actively support your ambitions
