  • Speak with customers to ensure they are happy with their food, drinks and service.
  • Maintain stock levels and keep service areas organised.
  • Keep the front counter, dining area, equipment, floors and customer toilets clean and tidy.
  • Wash and correctly store service equipment, utensils and other items.
  • Follow all food hygiene, health and safety and safe-working procedures.
  • Complete the required training and follow Aromi’s established systems and working practices.
  • Report customer, maintenance or operational concerns promptly to the manager or shift leader.
  • Support your colleagues and complete other reasonable duties required for the smooth operation of the venue.

What We’re Looking For

  • Passionate about great food, coffee and hospitality.
  • Positive, enthusiastic and motivated.
  • Reliable, punctual and willing to work hard.
  • Exceptionally clean, tidy and organised.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to remain calm and efficient during busy service.
  • Willing to learn and respond positively to feedback.
  • Flexible to work weekdays, evenings and weekends as required.

Previous hospitality or barista experience is welcome, but full training can be provided to candidates with the right attitude.
