Hours of work - Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00

Overview

To learn all aspects of the SHEQ department roles and become an integral part of the team.

Training and Development

  • Measurement and analysis of products during production.
  • Investigating quality issues within production and warehousing and issues raised by customers.
  • Auditing of management systems, product quality, safety, environment, and energy.
  • Investigating accidents, near misses and hazards.
  • Developing Standard Operation Procedures for Quality related tasks.
  • Developing and communicating Quality Alerts where issues have been identified.
  • Understanding ISO management systems.
  • NVQ training in Business Improvement Techniques, Quality, Health and Safety and Environment.

Key Performance Measures

  • Completion of 3 year development plan.

Competencies

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written
  • Good numeracy and literacy

Ideal Competencies

  • GCSE or A level in Mathematics, IT and English
