Your reason for being here…

Your purpose at DRPG is to keep our operations warehouse running smoothly. You’ll help ensure deliveries are received, processed and dispatched accurately, vehicles are loaded safely, and teams have the equipment and materials they need, when they need them.

The way you roll…

You’re organised, practical and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You can manage a varied flow of deliveries across Audio Visual, scenic, print and project management, prioritising tasks and keeping records accurate.

A hands-on team player, you’re happy to load and unload vehicles, support equipment preparation and maintenance, and pitch in wherever needed. You bring a positive, flexible attitude and share DRPG’s ‘anything’s possible’ mindset.

How you make it all possible…

  • Receiving and processing incoming deliveries for AV, scenic, print and project management teams
  • Coordinating outgoing deliveries and checking that the correct items are dispatched on time to the right destinations
  • Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Supporting the tech warehouse team with equipment preparation and general maintenance
  • Maintaining accurate dispatch logs, delivery records and stock documentation
  • Keeping warehouse areas organised, clean and safe
  • Liaising with teams across the business to help meet delivery schedules
  • Working flexibly and supporting other departments as required

What’s in your toolbox…

  • Experience in a warehouse, dispatch or logistics environment
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence maintaining records and documentation
  • Comfortable with the physical demands of manual handling
  • A clear communicator who works well with people across different teams
  • A current UK driving licence (desirable)
  • A Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence (desirable)
