YBU Sushi LTD is a small franchise business managing kiosks across the UK.

What you'll be doing:

  • You will be assisting your Supervisor/manager in the daily running of our kiosk, preparing food (Japanes, Korean and Thai - Sushi and ready meals ) and serving customers with a smile.
  • You will be highly attentive to detail and be capable of delivering consistent standards in a face paced environment.
  • You will be ensuring daily records of deliver, wastage and temperature checks are completely and recorded accurately.
  • You will support us to build customer loyalty by ensuring the highest possible quality in food and service standards.
  • You will interact confidently with our customers- have fantastic menu knowledge and will drive sales ensuring they always leave happy with both quality of our food and customer service.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
  • Experience in food preparation and kitchen operations
  • Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and sales
  • Effective time management abilities to ensure timely service
  • Culinary experience is a plus, along with a passion for food
  • Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
