Job Title: Project Administrator with CAD Experience

JST Storage Solutions is a subsidiary of JST Forklifts specialising in, warehouse racking design, installation and mezzanine flooring. Our commitment is to deliver cost-effective and tailored services to our clients across the UK.

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Administrator with experience in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) to support our project management team. The ideal candidate will assist in the coordination of various project activities, maintain documentation, and contribute to the design and drafting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas.

· Manage project documentation, including contracts, design files, and correspondence.

· Assist with the preparation and maintenance of project schedules and budgets.

· Utilize CAD software to create, modify, and review designs and technical drawings.

· Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure project specifications are met.

· Organize and maintain project files and databases for easy access and retrieval.

· Coordinate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.

· Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for project updates.

Qualifications:

· Associate’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

· Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) is required.

· Previous experience as a project administrator or in a similar role is preferred but not essential.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

· Familiarity with project management tools and software.

Working Conditions:

· Office environment with occasional site visits.

· On site parking
