Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join Fleetsmart Ltd in GB. Based in our office, you will play a vital role in supporting our fleet management operations by handling administrative tasks efficiently and professionally. Your contribution will help us maintain high standards of service for our clients.
Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Use SAGE to handle invoicing, billing, and financial record-keeping.
  • Supervise administrative staff and coordinate team activities.
  • Assist with human resources tasks such as recruitment and employee records.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and clerical records.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members.
  • Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Support fleet management documentation and reporting processes.
  • Organise Van Hire Rentals.

  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles within a fleet or automotive environment.
  • Strong knowledge of SAGE accounting software if possible.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Supervisory or team management experience is preferred.
