About Us

Assetti Performance is a leading automotive specialist, offering premium vehicle upgrades including PPF (Paint Protection Film), Exhaust Systems and high-quality used car sales. From supercars and high-performance vehicles to luxury SUVs, every vehicle is meticulously prepared and backed by exceptional aftercare, comprehensive warranty options, and professional paint protection services. As an authorised Urban Automotive retailer for the North West, we also provide bespoke styling and upgrade solutions for Land Rover Defenders, delivering vehicles tailored to each customer's individual requirements.

The Role

This is a customer-facing role at the heart of our business, helping customers throughout their journey with Assetti Performance. From their initial enquiry and discussing potential upgrades through to booking, project updates and aftercare.

Working within the performance and prestige automotive sector, you will be dealing with customers who are passionate about their vehicles and expect a high level of knowledge, communication and service. You will help customers understand the options available for their vehicle and ensure they receive a professional and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Our services cover a wide range of vehicle enhancement and protection options, including PPF, detailing packages, ceramic coatings, wheels, performance upgrades, styling products, exhaust systems and bespoke vehicle builds across a variety of performance and prestige brands.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage key client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Oversee CRM systems to track sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in a similar role with a passion for cars
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
  • Experience with selling the following products; Performance Exhaust Systems, Carbon Fibre Upgrades, Aftermarket Products
  • Proficiency in CRM software and motor trade sales processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end automotive environment.
