About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Third-Party Executive to join our London Operations team. Reporting to the Business Manager this role plays a key part in supporting the integration of third-party airline business into our operations, with a particular focus on the rollout of other Third Party Airlines across our major hubs.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding, operational readiness, and service alignment for new airline partners. This is a hands-on role requiring strong coordination skills, the ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What you’ll do

  • Support the implementation and operational integration of third-party airline business at London Heathrow.

  • Assist in the rollout of other Third Party Airlines across our major hubs.operations across key hubs, ensuring alignment with service and operational standards.

  • Collaborate with the Programme Manager and other stakeholders to track project milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely execution.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and maintain service continuity.

  • Prepare documentation, reports, and updates for internal and external audiences.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the growth of third-party handling capabilities.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

  • Stakeholder engagement and relationship management

  • Problem-solving and critical thinking

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Tableau; SQL skills and familiarity with cargo or logistics systems are a plus.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in aviation, logistics, or operational support roles (cargo experience preferred)

  • Exposure to project or programme environments

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners

  • Familiarity with airline or airport operations is advantageous
