Job Title: Smile Consultant / Treatment Advisor

Tooth Club is looking for an ambitious, commercially focused Smile Consultant to join our Bishop's Stortford practice.

This is a sales role at its core. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, influencing decisions, and converting consultations into treatment starts. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth while helping patients achieve life-changing smile transformations.

The Role

Working closely with clinicians, marketing and the patient journey team, you will be responsible for converting enquiries and consultations into treatment plans.

You will take ownership of the patient journey from initial consultation through to treatment acceptance, ensuring every opportunity is maximised.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert consultations into treatment starts
  • Drive practice revenue through strong sales performance
  • Present treatment plans and finance options confidently
  • Build trust and rapport with patients
  • Follow up consultations and sales opportunities
  • Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospective patients
  • Achieve and exceed conversion and revenue targets
  • Work closely with the marketing team to maximise return on leads generated
  • Produce accurate reporting on pipeline, conversions and performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and patient conversion

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in sales, business development or consultative selling
  • Highly commercial mindset with a passion for achieving targets
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Confident discussing high-value purchases and finance options
  • Self-motivated, competitive and results-driven
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working within KPIs and performance metrics
  • Experience within dentistry, aesthetics, healthcare, luxury retail or high-ticket sales would be advantageous
