About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Plantation Shutter and Awning Installer to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail, and is comfortable working independently.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Installation of plantation shutters and awnings to a high standard

· Accurate measuring and fitting to ensure a perfect finish

· Assessing and preparing installation areas, including minor adjustments where necessary

· Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction

· Maintaining company van and tools in excellent condition

· Liaising with customers and providing advice on products and maintenance

· Managing workload effectively and working efficiently to meet job deadlines

· Working in a clean and tidy manner to maintain a professional image

What We’re Looking For:

· Proven experience in installing plantation shutters, blinds / awnings

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

· Reliable & punctual with a professional approach

· Strong people skills and a customer-focused attitude

· A desire to succeed and take pride in high-quality workmanship
