Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable person to join our workshop team carrying out habitation servicing and basic installation work on motorhomes.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on DIY skills who enjoys practical work and wants to work within the motorhome and leisure vehicle industry. Experience with motorhomes or caravans is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.

Duties

• Carry out habitation servicing on motorhomes
• Assist in performing damp checks and basic water ingress inspections
• Assist in carrying out repairs to electrical, water and interior fixtures
• Assist in installing accessories such as solar panels & awnings.
• Complete and check all service documentation & reports.
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintaining a high standard of finish and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.

Experience

• Experience in carpentry, joinery, shop fitting, vehicle conversions, or similar trade would be advantageous but not essential.
• Practical and DIY skills.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Great attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence is preferred.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 07:30am to 17:00pm & Friday 07:30 to 12:45pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
