We’re growing fast – and we’re looking for a skilled, driven and detail-oriented Fitter to join our installation team. If you take pride in your work, enjoy working outdoors, and love delivering exceptional customer experiences, we’d love to meet you.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for installing a range of outdoor living products across East Anglia and surrounding areas. Working solo or in a small team, you’ll be the face of the business on-site – delivering high-end projects with craftsmanship and care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Installing retractable awnings, pergolas, louvred roofs, and glass rooms
• Reading and interpreting plans, specs, and measurements accurately
• Driving the company van to client sites (some travel required)
• Managing tools, stock and site cleanliness
• Acting professionally and courteously with clients
• Supporting snagging, servicing, and follow-up visits when needed

About You

We're looking for someone with:

• Practical, hands-on installation or construction experience (minimum 2 years)
• An eye for detail and a pride in workmanship
• The ability to work from technical drawings
• A calm, can-do attitude in front of clients
• A full UK driving licence
• Ideally experience with outdoor structures, glazing or shading systems (but not essential – full product training provided)

Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
