Full job description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a motorhome / caravan enthusiast to join our Leisure department.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team in the preparation of our leisure vehicles to ensure they are ready for the end customer.
Previous experience with motorhomes and caravans would be ideal and a good eye for detail and a keen motivation to ensure the highest customer experience is achieved. This role would also suit someone with good hand tool skills and previous experience from another trades such as joinery, plumping and construction would also be beneficial.
A full UK driving licence is essential for this position, with a desired C1 licence.
Honesty, reliability and a great work ethic will be rewarded.
Training:
- Training from the manufacturers for all of our products will also be provided.
Everyday jobs will include;
- Carrying out Habitation PDI, Service and repairs
- Basic Internal repairs
- Basic Gas Repairs and installation
- 12v and 240 volt repairs and installation
- Heating system operational checks
- Fitting of some accessories such as Bike Racks, Awnings, TV aerials and Solar Panels
- Electrical diagnosis and repairs
- Warranty diagnosis and repairs
Person Specification
- Languages - must be fluent in English and be able to write competently
- Positive attitude and good motivational skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills - has the ability to convey information verbally to fellow team members, customers and managers.
- Stability under pressure - reacts well to change and stays positive despite setbacks
- Able to adapt to the company's needs in the way we deliver our service and customer experience.
- Reliable and takes pride in the quality of work
Hours of work are preferably full time but we would also consider a part time role, for example: if you are a semi retired individual looking to stay in work. Hours and wages can be discussed. A certain amount of flexibility would be required to suit busy periods of the season however.
Normal working days; Monday to Friday 8.30-17.00

Pay: £24,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
