Information Tech Consultants Ltd (ITC) is an IT management and consulting firm based in Central London. We specialize in sourcing and hiring experienced technology professionals for client projects across the UK. Our clients include leading Software, Cloud Services, Financial Services, and Digital Technology companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and process large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
  • Develop data pipelines and support ETL processes.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
  • Work with Python to automate data processing and analysis.
  • Collaborate with engineering and business teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance across Big Data environments.

Required Skills

  • 3–5 years of professional experience as a Big Data Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL (mandatory).
  • Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed data processing.
  • Strong understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
  • Proficiency with Python libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive, or Kafka.
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Exposure to machine learning concepts and libraries is an advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must be willing to travel within the UK based on client and project requirements.
