About Our Nursery
Our Approach
At Kiddi Caru Great Park Road, we follow a play based, child centred curriculum that blends engaging early years programmes with the Curiosity and Hygge approaches. Our Team
Our dedicated team of early years practitioners bring warmth, expertise and a passion for childcare. With strong qualifications and ongoing professional development, they support each child’s individual development in a nurturing, inclusive environment.

We offer bright, age appropriate playrooms with direct access to outdoor spaces, including four bespoke gardens designed to support physical play, sensory discovery and free flow exploration. A cosy library and home from home areas help children settle and thrive.

What will you be doing
  • Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
  • Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
  • Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms
  • Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately
  • Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child
  • Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
  • Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
  • Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers
