Full job description

Beverley Motor Works is an established independent BMW & MINI specialist with an excellent reputation for customer service, technical expertise and quality workmanship.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our friendly and professional front-of-house team.

If you enjoy building relationships with customers, working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a team that genuinely cares about doing things properly, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience from booking through to vehicle collection.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming customers and providing a professional, friendly service
  • Booking vehicles in for servicing, MOTs and repairs
  • Listening to customer concerns and accurately recording vehicle issues
  • Liaising with technicians to keep customers informed throughout the day
  • Preparing estimates and explaining recommended work clearly and honestly
  • Processing invoices and customer payments
  • Supporting the team in delivering an exceptional level of customer care

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • Confidence using workshop management or dealer management systems
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards

Experience within a BMW, MINI or prestige independent environment would be an advantage, although it isn't essential.
