The Role:

You'll call NHS trusts across England to book qualified meetings for our business development lead, who takes each meeting and develops the opportunity from there. Every trust is already set up in our CRM. The job is to open the doors, and your output is meetings in the diary.

This role is suited to someone who is comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, and who is motivated by delivering tangible commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified meetings for the business development lead through high-volume outbound calling into NHS trusts across England, working the target accounts already set up in HubSpot
• Follow up our HubSpot email sequences and turn them into conversations
• Reach the decision-makers in estates, facilities and compliance
• Book meetings for the business development lead, qualified to the right person, the right trust and a clear reason to talk
• Make sure booked meetings go ahead, and rebook any no-shows
• Keep HubSpot accurate and current: every call, email and outcome logged the same day, and contacts kept up to date, including finding replacements when people leave
• Build a picture of each trust, including key people, reporting lines, contracts, renewal dates, incumbent suppliers and live issues, and capture it in the deal notes
• Support campaigns and events, such as calling round attendees before and after an exhibition
• Work to daily KPIs for calls made and meetings booked, report on them daily, and take part in call reviews and coaching

• Capital projects and hard FM managers
• Facilities management providers and PFI partners running NHS sites

Location and Hours:

• Office based in Danbury, Essex
• Core hours are Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm (40 hours per week)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £40,000.00 per year
