The opportunity

This is an employed role, fully remote working with training and development provided

What will you need to succeed?

To be successful min this role, you will need to be
  • Fully L4 Diploma (or equivalent) qualification in Financial advice is a must
  • Willingness and openness to learn and develop
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisation skills both
  • Previous experience in a customer service focus industry would be ideal
  • Fluent in Sinhala is ideal but not a necessity
