Job Title: Full-Time / Part-Time Baker or Assistant Baker – Bread & Pastry Production

We’re expanding our team and are currently hiring both skilled bakers and enthusiastic beginners who are eager to learn the craft., as you will be baking the finest pastries in town.

If you’re passionate about sourdough, puff pastry, and high-quality baked goods, we’d love to hear from you. Join our growing bakery and coffee business in delivering consistently excellent products.

Your Role:

  • Produce a range of artisanal breads and pastries with care and precision.
  • Mix, weigh, and prepare ingredients according to daily production needs.
  • Bake sourdough loaves, laminated pastries, and other items to a high standard.
  • Follow established recipes and schedules while maintaining product consistency.
  • Keep the bakery workspace clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene standards.
  • Support product development, recipe trials, and internal quality checks.
  • Help with packing, order preparation, and stock management.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experienced bakers are welcome, kitchen experience is essential.
  • A genuine passion for baking and a strong work ethic are key.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage time efficiently.
  • Comfortable working both independently and within a small team.
  • Keen to learn and grow with us long term.

Job Details:

  • Choose from full-time or part-time contracts.
  • Shift patterns include a 4-day week with 3 days off, or a 5-day week with 2 days off.
  • Early morning shifts starting at 2am, with a minimum of 5 hours per shift.
  • Immediate start available.
