Job Overview

We are seeking a 2 x passionate and dedicated Bakers to join our busy bakery team!

One at 20 hours per week and one at 35 hours per week starting at £13.00 per hour

In this role, you will be at the heart of our bakery, bringing creativity and precision to food production and preparation. Your enthusiasm for Baking and commitment to food safety. Whether you’re crafting baked goods, preparing ingredients, or executing complex recipes, your energy will inspire both your team. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in a vibrant, fast-paced environment and continued growing of the bakery.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients and assemble components with attention to detail and quality.
  • Bake and assemble items according to established recipes, presentation standards, and timing requirements.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Bakery area, adhering strictly to food safety protocols.
  • Assist in baking, pastry preparation, or other specialized food production tasks as needed.
  • Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate shortages or equipment issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.
  • Follow all health regulations and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for everyone.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in food production, food preparation, or baking or similar setting.
  • Strong knowledge of bakery operations, techniques, and food safety standards.
  • Experience with baking and bread production highly desirable.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory for motivated learners eager to develop their baking skills.
