Full job description

Access Anyone ltd are looking for a number of Ambulance Care Assistants to cover contracts in and around the South East of Essex & London for an immediate start.

This opportunity will be a self employed position
Requirements

  • Good Communication Skills
  • Able to work well as part of a team
  • A Minimum of 2 years driving experience (Manual driving License)
  • Able to work under pressure and have an understanding and caring nature.
  • Be flexible within working days/hours
  • Live Locally to Southend
  • A strong understanding of privacy, dignity and respect

Duties include: The safe transfer of vulnerable patients to and from a number of places including, repatriation, end of life transfers, bariatric transport, home visits for assessments and discharges, transport to and from hospital admissions, outpatient clinics, specialist clinics, and non medical locations. This will involve driving the ambulances and using equipment such as stretchers, wheelchairs and carry chairs.

- Must be available for shift work, including, evening, weekends and bank holidays.

Schedule

  • 10/12 hour shifts, Weekdays, Weekends, Evenings and night.

Salary: Starting from £12.75/hour
