Banking Administrator

Our client, a leading employer who due to continued sales demand require additional administrative support in various functions of their business – such as Accounts, Business and Operations

The Role

· Liaising with the accounts team regarding customer invoice discrepancies

· Assisting with the processing of invoices

· Dealing with customers over the phone regarding their invoices

· Processing customer credit notes

· Updating Excel spreadsheets

· Email correspondence with customers

· General Administration duties such as filing, photocopying, record keeping.

The Person(s)

· Educated to degree level

· Ambitious and career driven

· Flexible approach to work

· Positive can-do attitude

· Excellent communication skills

· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (essential)
