Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and responsible Bank Staff to join our team. The successful candidates will play a vital role in supporting banking operations, assisting customers, and maintaining a welcoming environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in management, leadership, and working within a community-focused setting. Prior experience in childcare or nursery environments is advantageous, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including children. A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate mobility between branches or community outreach activities.

Duties

  • Assist customers with banking transactions, account enquiries, and service requests
  • Support management in daily operational tasks and organisational duties
  • Provide guidance and support to children in nursery or childcare settings when required
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for clients of all ages
  • Organise and supervise activities for children, ensuring safety and engagement
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers in English
  • Support the organisation of community outreach programmes or events involving children and families
  • Drive company vehicles when necessary for outreach or branch support purposes

Qualifications

  • Experience in management or leadership roles is desirable
  • Previous childcare or nursery experience is advantageous
  • Knowledge of early childhood education principles is preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work well with children and in childcare settings
  • Valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate mobility between locations or community activities
  • Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Experience working with children, including understanding of child safety protocols, is a plus
