We are a growing, privately owned independent Pub & Restaurant company with a long-standing track record of success in the industry and providing our customers with a service that is genuine, authentic, and rooted in excellence.

We have a rare opportunity arise for an experienced Supervisor to come on board, and help run a fantastic team to drive the business further forwards at our beautiful pub, The Greendale Oak in Cuckney.

The role is varied, challenging and interesting, and scope includes working with the Management team to deliver operations and standards in the business, and all aspects of leading a team.

You should have previous experience in the Hospitality sector, with experience in looking after financial budgets and performance targets, leading your team, delivering excellent operational standards, legal compliance and driving an outstanding customer experience.

The role attracts a competitive salary package with a bonus scheme, along with some great incentives. You will also be able to benefit from our in-house Development scheme.

The Role

You will use your excellent communication skills and passion for all things food and wine to provide guests with an outstanding dining experience. They will remember your attention to detail and in-depth knowledge of the menu as much as the stunning food on their plates.

Among other responsibilities, you will ensure guests receive a seamless, impeccable service. Outside of service times, you will engage in training programmes, stock and waste management, work schedules, continuous improvement programmes, and be part of the forward-thinking team associated with innovation and progression.
