Front of House Team Member – WanderBar Ltd

Lock 29, Banbury

WanderBar is looking for confident, reliable Front of House team members to join us at our second venue in Lock 29 – an exciting new space offering a product and service that is unique to Banbury.

This isn’t just about serving drinks. It’s about creating an atmosphere, looking after people properly, and being part of a team that takes pride in what it does.

The Role

You’ll be on the bar delivering great service – taking orders, serving a wide range of drinks and making sure every guest has a positive experience from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For:

- Must be able to work Fridays and Saturdays.

- Previous front of house experience is ideal, but not essential if you’ve got the right attitude

- Confident, personable, and switched on

- Strong work ethic – reliable and ready to get stuck in

- Good attention to detail

- Able to stay calm and professional during busy services

- A genuine interest in hospitality (not just “a job”)

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Greeting and looking after guests

- Taking orders and serving drinks, with a proactive approach.

- Working across bar and floor

- Maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness

- Supporting the wider team across other sites when needed
