Full job description

The award winning Butchershop restaurant is currently recruiting for an experienced, passionate, charismatic and driven Chef de Partie with the right attitude and excellent people and time management skills.

Responsibilities and Previous Experience:

· Experience in a high volume, fast - paced, quality establishment is a must.

· Grill experience preferred.

· Ensure that all dishes are prepared with attention to detail and to the highest standard ensuring company specification is met at all times.

· Menus include a la carte, pre theatre, Sunday lunch, set party menu’s and daily specials, allowing us the opportunity to showcase the best Scottish produce.

· You must be passionate about food and delivering amazing hospitality to our guests.

· You must be organized, an excellent communicator, and someone who has excellent attention to detail.
