Summary

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily bar operations, ensuring excellent service and quality standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and licensing regulations.
  • Collaborate with event coordinators to meet client needs.
  • Develop innovative drink menus to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor financial performance related to bar sales.
  • Ensure a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our venue’s luxurious standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role within hospitality or event venues.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of beverage trends and mixology.
  • Ability to manage stock control and financials effectively.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations.
  • Experience working in high-end or luxury settings is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as Personal Licence holder are advantageous.
