F&B Management Team

Lyons Holiday Parks – Barmouth

Are you a hardworking team looking for an exciting new live in opportunity by the coast? Lyons Holiday Parks is seeking an enthusiastic and hands-on couple to join our team at our beautiful Barmouth Holiday Park.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a team of two people who enjoy hospitality, take pride in delivering excellent customer experiences, and are looking for a live-in opportunity to become an integral part of a thriving holiday park operation.

The Roles

Together, you will be responsible for managing our food and beverage offering, including:

Bar & Cellar

  • Day-to-day operation of the licensed bar
  • Cellar management, stock control and ordering
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, compliance and customer service
  • Supporting seasonal events and entertainment

Kitchen & Food Offer

  • Managing our kitchen and food service
  • Delivering a consistent, high-quality menu
  • Food preparation and service
  • Maintaining food hygiene and health & safety standards
  • Stock management and waste control

About You

We're looking for a team of two who:

  • Have previous experience in hospitality, catering or licensed premises
  • Work well together and enjoy a fast-paced environment
  • Are organised, reliable and customer-focused
  • Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Can lead by example and maintain high operational standards

Experience within a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment would be a distinct advantage but is not essential.
