We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring exceptional service standards, and maintaining food safety and quality. Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all food and beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, and catering services
  • Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure high-quality standards are maintained
  • Manage and lead a team of kitchen staff, servers, and baristas, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all departments
  • Organise staff schedules, training programmes, and performance evaluations to optimise team effectiveness
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximise profitability
  • Maintain excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with other departments such as housekeeping and front desk to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Implement innovative menu ideas in collaboration with culinary staff to enhance offerings

Skills

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership roles
  • Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices
  • Supervising experience with demonstrated team management skills
  • Extensive knowledge of food production processes and kitchen operations
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop staff members
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry standards, including serving protocols and hotel experience preferred
