Full job description

To Be Frank is one of the Northern Quarter’s newest and busiest hotspots. Since opening, we’ve built a reputation for great drinks, great music and an atmosphere that keeps people coming back. We are now looking for an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and help lead our growing team.

About Us
To Be Frank is an independent venue known for its craft beer and ale range, a strong cocktail offering including a full margarita menu, and live music or DJs every day. We focus on quality, consistency and creating a place where guests feel looked after from the moment they walk in.

What We Are Looking For
+ Experienced hospitality leader with previous supervisory or management experience in a busy bar environment.
+ Ability to lead, motivate and support a diverse team while maintaining a positive working atmosphere.
+ Confidence in supervising daily operations and ensuring all departments follow company standards and policies.
+ Proactive approach to problem solving and maintaining high service standards during busy periods.
+ Ability to work closely with the General Manager to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What You Will Be Doing
- Leading service from the front, setting the pace and standard on shift.
- Supporting the General Manager with staffing, stock control, training and operational decisions.
- Serving guests, pouring drinks, mixing cocktails and maintaining a high standard of service.
- Ensuring the venue looks sharp and runs smoothly at all times.
- Coaching the team to deliver consistent quality and a great guest experience.
- Handling incidents professionally and ensuring guest safety and wellbeing.

Pay starts from £15 per hour + Tronc or a salary of £31,000pa, more can be offered on further experience
