Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Training:
  • Supervise and motivate front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to uphold service standards and company policies.
  • Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times.
  • Guest Experience Management:
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Operational Oversight:
  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest preferences, and feedback.
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering of front-of-house supplies.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports on service performance and guest satisfaction.

Average hours of 25-30 a week. will be required to be flexible.

Pay including service charge can range between £15-£18 per hour.
