Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic FOH (Front of House) Manager to lead our hospitality team and create memorable experiences for our guests. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional service, food quality, and a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the front-of-house team, including servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to optimize the dining experience.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across all front-of-house areas.
  • Train staff on service protocols, menu knowledge, food presentation, and hospitality best practices.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production and ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Monitor inventory levels for service supplies and assist in ordering when necessary to prevent shortages.
  • Foster a positive team environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with strong team management skills.
  • Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and serving procedures.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations essential for maintaining high hygiene levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to motivate staff and engage guests effectively.
