Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
  • Provide warm,friendly,and professional service to all guests
  • Take drink and food orders accurately and efficiently
  • Manage the bar area,ensuring cleanliness,organisation,and stock levels
  • Handle payments and process transactions correctly
  • Support front-of-house operations by greeting,seating,and assisting guests when required
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously
  • Ensure compliance with licensing,hygiene,and safety standards


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous bartending experience preferred,with front-of-house experience highly valued
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
