Job Summary
We are looking for experienced bar staff to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in hospitality and bar / restaurant service, demonstrating a passion for guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Experience is ESSENTIAL for applicants.
  • Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant’s ordering system.
  • Prepare and serve drinks in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
  • Maintain knowledge of drinks items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide informed recommendations.
  • Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is ESSENTIAL.
  • Evening and weekend shifts will be required.
  • Familiarity with food & drink safety standards and practices is essential.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
  • Excellent guest service skills with an ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
