Bartender- Zero Hour Contract, Various Hours Available

£12.71 per hour- Plus Generous Service Charge

We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving beverages efficiently, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic restaurant environment, where attention to detail and excellent customer service are paramount. Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. The position is paid and suitable for individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and possess a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and serve drinks promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies at all times.
  • Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately using cash or card systems.
  • Monitor guest behaviour to promote a safe environment and prevent over-service or intoxication.
  • Restock bar supplies as needed, including beverages, garnishes, and other essentials.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of hospitality practices and excellent customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards relevant to beverage service.
  • Experience in serving drinks in a restaurant or bar setting is highly desirable.
